What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist with Dutch within our Operations division in FLEETCOR. This role is located in Prague.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our B2B customers from the Netherlands and Belgium

You will report directly to Customer Service Manager, and will regularly collaborate with other teams across our organization.

How We Work

As a Customer Service Specialist with Dutch you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment (2 days home office vs 3 days in office presence). Corpay will set you up for success by providing :

Assigned workspace in our Prague office

Company-issued equipment : laptop, monitor and accessories + remote access for the Home Office Days. You can also request an office chair and a monitor to set up your home office working place.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing complete customer service to our B2B clients : working on the passive customer service phone line and e-mail communication with customers
  • Communication primarily with customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Entering new contracts in the database and updates
  • Dealing with requests and complaints of clients

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in Dutch - both written and oral forms. You need to be able to seamlessly communicate with our clients on the phone, and compose grammatically correct emails.
  • Reside and be eligible to work from Prague, Czech Republic
  • English at the advanced level (necessary for the internal team communication, and communication with a small amount of English-speaking customers)
  • Good communication skills, assertiveness
  • Independence and thoroughness
  • Attention to details
  • Resistance to stress
  • Previous experience in Customer service, or other customer-facing positions is a plus
  • Previous experience working in administrative positions is a plus
  • Previous experience working with database systems is a plus
  • Working as a part of the Corpay team you will need a hands-on attitude, which means taking responsibility, working transparently, and getting things done.
