We are looking for a person for a full-time position – 40 hours per week during standard business opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm) and located in Prague, Czech Republic.

We are looking for a person that will see sense in our mission to serve and help our patients and customers.

A Day in the Life

  • Receives orders via email or other channels.
  • Manages order entry responsibility in SAP, executes relevant follow-up on open orders.
  • May manage web-based ordering.
  • Executes all product movement-related transactions in SAP.
  • Answers customer queries over email and telephone.
  • Interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department.
  • Connects customers to appropriate support or field staff.
  • Handles customer complaints along with their registration in the relevant systems.
  • Issues invoices and corrective documents where necessary.

Must Haves

  • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
  • English language fluency B2 or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate or at least secondary grammar school graduate.
  • Accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Developed a sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and independent, stress-resistant.
  • Taking-the-ownership approach.
  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience in SAP system.
  • Previous relevant customer service experience.
