Your Role :

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone . Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

Communicate via email, chat, and phone

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and products

Research and provide accurate solutions to customer questions

Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service

What You Need to Have :

Fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal)

Advanced English skills (written & verbal)

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)

High attention to detail and accuracy

High school education or higher
