On behalf of our Client, a market leading company in the chemical industry, with great reputation and strong position on the market, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead an international team.
What You’ll Do :
As a key regional leader, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a multi-country Customer Support team. You will oversee the full order-to-cash cycle, ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience, and actively contribute to our regional digital transformation journey.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Leading and mentoring a multicultural team across several Eastern European countries
- Managing end-to-end customer service operations, from order entry to invoicing
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, with a focus on standardization and digital tools
- Acting as a liaison between Customer Support and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance
- Using data to monitor performance, address pain points, and deliver measurable improvements
- Participating in international initiatives aimed at harmonization and operational transformation
- Driving change with energy, structure, and purpose
What We’re Looking For :
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldProven experience in SAP5+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or supply chain, preferably in an international environmentStrong leadership track record, with demonstrated success in developing people and building high-performing teamsAnalytical, results-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of digital systems (SAP SD, CRM, Esker, MS Office)Fluent English (C1+); Czech language at a native level is requiredWillingness to travel
