Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks related to social media projects
  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and social media activities
  • Handle correspondence in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Document and maintain records of project progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and presentations
  • Help organize team meetings and facilitate communication
  • Participate in training to stay updated on social media trends and tools

    • Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, especially within the marketing or social media sector
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office applications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Adaptable and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
