Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, complete with paid relocation to the stunning country of Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, providing them with support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with the booking process, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage.Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions with empathy.Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.Willingness to relocate and embrace the culture of Greece.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
