What you'll be doing :

Managing expansion of Omnichannel into Retail & Marketplaces, supporting the overarching concept of omnichannel sales.

Key responsibilities :

• ou will develop and implement entry strategy and business plan for retail partner , negotiates terms, pricing, and promotions with retailer, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies
• you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in chosen retailers, including buyers, category managers, and store managers & conduct regular business reviews with retail partner to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges
• you will closely cooperate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to develop tailored strategies and initiatives for retail
• you will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new product launches and promotional campaigns
• you will provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to demand planning activities and ensures processes, such as financial planning, stock management, logistics and deliveries
• you will act as a main point of contact for the retail kiosk development, making decisions on portfolio, product and pricing together with the wider team
• you will also manage vendor relationships with key Marketplaces – Alza / Mall / Allegro / Kaufland and potential marketplaces expansion to Slovakia.
• you will manage stock and portfolio queries, and setup the best logistics in cooperation with internal teams in order to have the right number of products available in kiosks and marketplaces.
• you will identify new key strategic locations and opportunities for retail kiosks, as well as grow marketplaces presence.
• you will coordinate novelty launches across retail environment and in marketplaces, and ensure goods logistics and delivery of the POS to the right locations and other relevant trade marketing activities to support the increase of retail sales of Avon stores
• you will own the trade marketing plan, coming up with new activities in order to maximise sales in the retail network and on marketplaces. You will be in charge of coming up with new trade marketing promotions, coordinate the delivery of the promotions, evaluate effectiveness and ROI
• advertising on marketplaces will not be a problem for you – you will know what to do and how to ensure we’re maximizing sales in the channel
• you will work with our global colleagues as well to ensure we are implementing best practice when it comes to kiosks and retail network as well as marketplaces
