Experienced ERP Support Analyst ▪ 1st and 2nd line support Friendly team, international environment and flexible working hours (office based in Blansko)

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Analyst to join our Information Systems Team in Blansko who will provide technical expertise and ensure smooth ERP operations across our EMEAI region.

✅ Your role will be to :

Provide 1

line ERP support , resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues.

Analyze business processes , replicate and resolve ERP problems.

Use T-SQL to investigate issues, prepare datasets, create reports (SSRS, Excel) and manage backups.

Configure ERP roles , security, and system settings.

Support ERP upgrades and handle integration issues.

Prepare training materials and deliver user training (onsite / remote).

Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and other teams to improve ERP processes.

Contribute to regional and global ERP projects.

✅ Do you have what we need?

Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field OR 3+ years of ERP / SQL support experience.

Working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL ( experience with Infor Visual is an advantage).

Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).

Understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes (order-to-cash, invoicing).

Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Triggers).

Strong English skills , written and spoken + communicative knowledge of Czech OR Polish language.

Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 days / year and work flexibly when needed.

Ability to come to our office in Blansko (Czech Republic) – approximately 2x in 2 weeks.
