We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with expertise across MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and FICO (Finance & Controlling). The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and support of SAP business processes to meet client needs.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and support SAP modules :

MM – Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management.

WM – Warehouse structure setup, inbound / outbound processes, stock transfers, picking, putaway.

PP – Production planning, MRP, BOM, routings, shop floor execution.

QM – Quality inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, defect tracking.

FICO – General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Asset Accounting, Costing, Profitability Analysis.

Perform integration testing across SAP modules and with third-party applications.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for issue resolution.

Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for developments, enhancements, and performance improvements.

Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations (S / 4HANA exposure preferred).

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years of SAP functional experience across MM, WM, PP, QM, and FICO modules.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report).

Experience with integration points between SAP modules (MM-FI, MM-PP, WM-MM, QM-PP, etc.).

Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, master data management, and transactional flows.

Good understanding of S / 4HANA (Fiori apps, data models, simplifications).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certifications in one or more modules (MM, PP, FICO, etc.).

Experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementations or migrations.

Knowledge of interfaces (IDoc, EDI, ALE) and integration with non-SAP systems.

Domain experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or logistics industries.
