We are seeking an experienced SAP Team Leader to take ownership of a growing in-house SAP team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on SAP expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will guide specialists, ensure smooth operations, and help shape the future of SAP within a dynamic logistics-driven business environment.

Tasks

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of SAP professionals.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and support of SAP solutions across different business areas.
  • Manage day-to-day issue resolution and ensure high-quality support for system users.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to refine and streamline SAP-supported processes.
  • Keep technical documentation and guidelines accurate and up to date.
  • Safeguard SAP environments by monitoring compliance and security standards.
  • Play an active role in planning and executing SAP strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Previous experience leading a team or managing projects.
  • Knowledge of modules such as PP, MM, SD, or WM (a strong plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting users.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • The ability to set priorities, remain flexible, and deliver in a fast-moving business setting.
