Programme Manager

As Programme Manager you will orchestrate the delivery of all your area’s initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth execution process. This role involves bridging the gap between various departments, working with vendors and third party suppliers, ensuring clear communication, and driving outcomes aligned with Giacom's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing :

• Orchestrate Definition and Delivery of a Program Roadmap, aligning with Giacom's overarching business objectives.
• Coordinate and synchronise initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Facilitate a high-performance work environment by fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
