🔵 Development and planning of verification and validation activities in the e-component product group.

🔵 Analysis of specifications, preparation of requirements specifications.

🔵 Creation of testing plans.

🔵 Development of standards and test programs.

🔵 Coordination of tests with the involved departments, locations, and customers.

🔵 Setup and verification of the necessary measurement technology and test stations.

🔵 Execution and monitoring of tests, analysis of measurement data, and reporting on test results.

🔵 Interpretation of results and participation in optimization.

🔵 Documentation and presentation of development results internally and to customers

👊 What Knowledge and Skills You Should Have :

✅ Successfully completed degree in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.

✅ Several years of professional experience in the field of verification & validation.

✅ Confident behavior towards external and internal contacts.

✅ Strong technical competence and pronounced teamwork skills.

✅ Very good English skills, both spoken and written

✅ Knowledge of the Czech language at a communicative level (due to daily cooperation with colleagues, understanding of internal documents and safety instructions in the workplace)
