Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to drive growth and expand our presence in the restaurant and hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong sales skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Must be comfortable & effective at high levels of cold calling & outreach.

Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Proven capacity to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.

Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full sales cycle- from outreach, prospecting & qualifying through to closing.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Syrve's solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Present and pitch products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value to their operations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Create detailed sales reports and track performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.

Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
