What the role is about :

The OF Department is a part of our European Shared Service Centre based in Prague, which is supporting Philips and AOC brands in the EMEA region.

The Order Fulfilment department, being the first and qualified back-office contact for Customers, makes the Order Fulfilment Specialist accountable for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction regarding the order / delivery management and complaints handling. You will also work on improving service levels for the company and play a strong role in providing support to the sales organisation.
