Popis poziceB2C mobile applications; SaaS platforms; VPN technologies and protocols – strong understanding preferred. Desktop applications – experience developing cross-platform apps is a plus. Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). Expertise in system architecture and scaling high-load applications. Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members. Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection. Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Responsibilities :
- Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection.
- Supervise end-to-end development of Android, iOS, desktop, and browser applications.
- Manage CI / CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components.
- Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs.
- Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations.
- Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance.
- Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control.
- Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research.
