Your Role :
As a Customer Care Specialist , you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat, email, and phone , ensuring they receive the best possible support . You will provide accurate information, resolve issues, and maintain a strong customer relationship.
Your Daily Tasks :
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve their concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and products
Work with internal systems to manage customer interactions
Provide a friendly and professional service at all times
Your Skills & Experience :
Czech fluency (near native – written & verbal)
Strong English proficiency (written & verbal)
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Great communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
