Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Techno-Functional Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Europe. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, analysing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of supply chain processes. This role requires strong functional knowledge of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with relevant technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for supply chain processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain platforms).
- Support design, development, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions.
- Serve as the point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Analyse current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and generation of actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support for supply chain systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning to ensure integrated solutions.
- Maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and business processes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
4 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a techno-functional role.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning).Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP MM / SD, SAP IBP, Oracle, or equivalent).Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and translating requirements into technical solutions.Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience with process automation tools and digital supply chain solutions.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum).Familiarity with European supply chain regulations and best practices.Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) or integrated supply chain planning tools.Education :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications in supply chain, ERP systems, or business analysis (e.g., APICS, CBAP, SAP certification) are a plus.
