Job Summary

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Analyst to take ownership of the maintenance, development, and improvement of our end-user systems. While our environment is primarily based on Microsoft solutions, particularly Microsoft 365, it also involves other technologies that support a modern and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, stability, and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize service disruption and prevent future issues.
• Process license requests in line with the established approval workflow.
• Monitor system health and stay informed about upcoming platform changes to effectively prepare and guide users through transitions.
• Carry out routine monitoring and analysis, including audit log reviews, system and storage usage reports, site growth tracking, and quota management for site collections.
• Support and operate teleconferencing platforms, device management tools, email systems, and cloud-based shared directories.
• Contribute to the testing and validation of both on-premises and cloud-based product deployments.
• Actively participate in O365 tenant administration activities.
• Serve as a technical lead for assigned projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring all technical aspects are covered.
• Coordinate upgrade and patching processes where required.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to end-user systems to improve performance, usability, and security.
