We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Testing Engineer to support a strategic, large-scale project valued at over €400M. As part of the core technical delivery team, you will participate in the integrated testing workstream, ensuring technical readiness and smooth handover to the Customer. This role combines test planning, cross-disciplinary coordination, and direct involvement in equipment, controls, WCS, and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) validation.
You will act as a critical link between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements, solution design, and performance expectations. The ultimate goal of the role is to achieve successful system acceptance and support the Client’s operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure alignment between internal and external teams on solution design, system integration, testing scope, and project requirements
- Drive collaboration across technical teams and third-party partners to meet delivery expectations
- Develop, execute, and oversee detailed test plans for equipment, controls, and software components
- Identify defects, document issues for tracking, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams
- Verify that controls and software systems - including third-party solutions - meet delivery specifications and functional requirements
- Monitor and oversee acceptance testing performed by third-party equipment suppliers.
- Define and lead the execution of full-system acceptance test procedures
- Participate directly in hands-on testing for equipment, controls, WCS, and WES systems
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; Business; Industrial or Construction Management; or a related fieldProfessional experience in one or more of the following :Distribution center (DC) or logistics environmentsSystems integration managementSupply chain consultingStakeholder and cross-functional team managementStrong understanding of integrated testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience validating equipment, controls, WCS, and WES systemsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects—directly and indirectlyAbility to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issuesProficiency in MS Office tools : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioAdvanced communication skills : written, verbal, and active listeningStrong ability to collaborate across multiple technical disciplines and external partnersDemonstrated experience coaching, guiding, and developing team membersExceptional stakeholder management and Customer-facing skillsAdvanced presentation development and delivery capabilitiesProven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and highly complex project requirementsExcellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work on-site up to 40 hours per weekAbility to travel and operate within a fast-paced, high-stakes project environmentWhat Our Client Offers :
