What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related admin matters
• Manage onboarding processes : prepare contracts, welcome packages, and system setup; ensure a smooth onboarding experience across all markets
• Ensure compliance with Czech labor law and advise on employment matters; support international employees in cooperation with external lawyers
• Update and manage HR systems(e.g., BambooHR)
• Liaise with HR system vendors to ensure system efficiency and alignment with company needs
• Collaborate with payroll providers, lawyers and benefit administrators in various countries
• Partner with finance and legal on cross-border HR operations, compliance, and process alignment
