Technical Support Engineer
We are currently seeking an enthusiast to join our Level 2 Technical Support team. We're looking for someone with a broad range of IT knowledge, eager to tackle interesting and challenging issues, and who is not intimidated by more technical tasks, including dealing with code.

Provide critical and complex technical support, offering problem-solving solutions to our customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies : e.g.
Web-based applications - frontend & backend,
HTTP and REST API,
Various database engines,
JavaScript, Python, Ruby,

Deliver deeper follow-up investigation of technical tasks with engineering teams.
Cooperate on incident investigation and resolution.
Develop a detailed understanding of the GoodData platform and its components.
You should
Have analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
Be customer-oriented with customer-facing experience.
Have strong troubleshooting skills - application failures and performance issues.
Be a proactive and forward-thinking character.
Have up-to-date general knowledge in IT.
Understand HTTP, REST API, and SQL.
Know networking and security basics.
Have an understanding of cloud services and Linux.
Have experience with running applications in VM / Docker / Kubernetes.
Be able to deal with incidents and escalated situations.
Be able to read programming code and write simple scripts (Javascript, Python).
Be fluent in English.
It is nice if you have
Background in the area of DevOps, Cloud engineering or similar.
