About the Role
Are you fluent in Czech and English with a passion for social media? We are looking for a motivated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role, you will help maintain a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24 / 7 project , working in shifts to ensure platform safety around the clock.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content.
- Resolve reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a safe and enjoyable online community.
- Accurately follow content moderation processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.
What We're Looking For :
Language Skills : Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to professionally handle sensitive and graphic content.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 shift environment , including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related role is an advantage but not required.What We Offer :
