Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners to grow PC and Print business, services, and solutions with YoY growth.
- Understand partner market, competition, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively engage partners (calls / meetings), drive sales, and support the full sales cycle including pricing.
- Educate partners on new products, solutions, and ensure Partner Program compliance (certifications, revenue).
- Build strong business relationships by responding promptly to partner inquiries and fostering loyalty.
- Monitor partner performance, provide forecasting, and track results using reporting tools.
- Oversee partner marketing activities, co-investments, and ROI tracking.
- Support registration and onboarding of IT resellers into the Partner Program.
