Our partner in Praha "Blueground company" ( ) is looking for a Real Estate Specialist with a strong commercial and operational mindset. You will be responsible for expanding our portfolio of fully furnished apartments in Prague- from sourcing new units to coordinating the onboarding process and entering all property data into our internal system.
This role combines partner communication, apartment launch coordination, performance analytics, and use of digital tools.
Responsibilities :
- Source and secure new apartments through owners, developers, and agencies
- Manage the full onboarding process : readiness checks, coordination between teams,
- quality control
- Input all property data into Blueground’s internal system (descriptions, specifications, statuses)
- Contribute to pricing strategy and analyze market data and unit performance
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and support process optimization
