The Global Operations and Supply Chain Value stream is accountable for the plan, build and run activities for all applications from the Global Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders. The Global IT Deliver team is part of the Global Operations and Supply Chain value stream and is accountable for the Warehousing, Transportation, Dangerous Goods and Trade Compliance systems.

We are seeking a mid-level experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team with a primary focus on design and configuration of our EMEA trade compliance applications, mainly focused on SAP GTS (Global Trade Systems). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP GTS configuration and design, with a good understanding of European and Dutch customs regulations.

For this role, we prefer you to be based in Prague for the hybrid work (2 days a week in the office), but we are also open to fully remote working within Czech Republic. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Prague, Czech Republic.

A Day in the Life

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and turning those into system requirements.
• Provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and support development teams during implementation phase with testing and quality documentation.
• Deploy new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
• Configure system settings, plan, and execute unit, system and integration tests and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues for SAP GTS
• Stay current with industry trends on customs, trade compliance and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's IT and business processes.
