1st level IT Support with Polish

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in IT (previous experience is a big plus, but not required) who speak Polish (B2 / C1) and English (B1 / B2) . Knowledge of German is a significant advantage. Czech is not required.

You’ll provide remote IT support to Polish and English-speaking colleagues, helping resolve technical issues and improve user experience across MANN+HUMMEL locations worldwide. Your Responsibilities :

Provide remote 1st level IT support for MANN+HUMMEL employees in Poland and other locations

Resolve incidents and process requests using the ServiceNOW ticketing system

Develop and update instructions for internal users

Communicate with users via MS Teams

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and other software

Your Profile :

Education : High school diploma, preferably in a technical field

Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage, but not required

Skills : Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Office 365; strong interest in IT

Languages : Fluent Polish (B2 / C1) and English (B1 / B2) are required; German is a significant advantage (Czech is not needed)

Competencies : Excellent communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and proactivity
