Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide information on accommodation options, pricing, and promotions available on Booking.com.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to their bookings and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of customer queries.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to Booking.com services.
Requirements
Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is desirable.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping customers.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.Flexible availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.Benefits
