Assembly Worker Precast Concrete Production
We are looking for Production and Equipment Assembly Workers for direct full-time employment with one of the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic.
The position is based in a large indoor production hall in Prague 4 - Písnice. The facility manufactures precast reinforced-concrete segments used for tunnel lining.
Main responsibilities:
Production of segmental tunnel lining elements
Preparation and equipping of moulds before concreting
Cleaning moulds and production equipment
Handling materials and components during the production process
Following production procedures and workplace safety rules
Cooperating with other members of the production team
The work is organized in a two-shift operation:
Shift 1: Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Shift 2: Monday to Friday 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Employees alternate between the two shifts every week. Sunday is always a day off. Overtime may be available within the limits established by Czech labour law.
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing construction assembly work or a similar technical position
Welding experience is an advantage
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual work
Flexibility agility and a responsible approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
Ability to follow work instructions and occupational safety rules
English language skills at a minimum B1 level supported by a certificate
Clean and reliable employment record

Gross monthly salary of CZK 29400
Overtime pay and other allowances in accordance with the Czech Labour Code and the company Collective Agreement

Fixed-term employment contract for 2.5 years with the possibility of extension or conversion to an indefinite-term contract
