This role is remote only in Portugal working from another country is not an option. Company supports accomodation.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will provide support via phone email and digital channels helping customers with registration onboard unit requests toll-related questions payments and account management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
