National Account Manager

Job description

• Account Management
• Full commercial responsibility for assigned key customers (turnover, margins, promotional investments)
• Preparation and execution of annual Action Plans
• Leading trading negotiations and securing optimal commercial conditions
• Ensuring strong in-store presence and effective promotional execution
• Monitoring performance versus targets and implementing corrective actions
• Business Development
• Expanding distribution of existing portfolio and successful listing of new SKUs
• Identifying growth opportunities within assigned customers
• Supporting development of the Away From Home channel where relevant
• Operational Excellence
• Accurate forecasting and demand planning in cooperation with Planning and Customer Service teams
• Follow-up of orders, payments, claims and operational issues
• Ensuring correct implementation of trading agreements and promotional mechanics
• Market & Data Analysis
• Regular analysis of sell-in / sell-out data (Nielsen, IRI or similar sources)
• Monitoring competitive landscape and market trends
• Preparation of monthly performance reviews and internal reporting

Profile

• You hold a master degree in economics, international business or similar
• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG sales in Modern Trade ( hypermarkets, supermarkets)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Ownership mentality and result orientation
• Ability to work independently within a small team structure
• Knowledge of MS Office required; SAP is an asset
• Experience in e-commerce or digital activation is a plus
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken)
