Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

• Report into the Technical Team Leader
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• You have 1-2 years of experience, working as a service technician
• xou have the certificate to work with electricity
• you live in Frydek Mistek or nearby
• you speak fluent Czech or Slovak
• at least basic knowledge of English is welcomed

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Prague but working in Frydek Mistek. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Czech Republic (CZ).
