Credit Controller| With German Or French

We are looking for an experienced credit controller with fluent German or French and English to join our international team in Brno! Do you have experience in collection or financial background? What would be your main duties :

• Keep track of assigned accounts for collection efforts
• Take action to recover outstanding payments in the DACH region and East of Europe.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Create trust relationships with customers and the internal sales team.
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

POŽADAVKY :

Education in finance / Accounting or equivalent work experience as credit controller / AR Accountant

Fluent knowledge of English and German or French

Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines

Ability to work independently and team player

Working in an international environment advantage

Working in AX Dynamics advantage
