Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed support to customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is preferred.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a genuine interest in technology and customer service.
