As the EU Director of Operations for Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in driving the operational excellence of manufacturing processes across the European region. You will lead a dynamic team to ensure that production efficiencies, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained to achieve overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and optimize all manufacturing operations within the EU region
• Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Lead and mentor operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to streamline operations
