Duration : Starting 7th May 2025 until completion of all 360 device migrations (approx. 6–8 weeks)

Working Days : Monday to Friday, 8 hours / day between 08 : 00 – 17 : 00 CET (excluding public holidays)

Contract Type : Temporary / Fixed Term Assignment

Fixed Project Cost : 50 to 75 euros per day

Job Description : We are seeking onsite IT support technicians in Prague to support a Windows 11 migration initiative at our client locations. This project involves providing hands-on assistance to end users during the Windows 11 upgrade process across two major offices.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all user queries related to Windows 11 migration.
  • Guide users to appropriate resolution channels using migration FAQs, user guides, and support tickets.
  • Assist with Windows 11 upgrade-related break-fix issues.
  • Support floorwalking requests for desktops, power users, and any Win11 issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Collaborate with onsite or remote technical SMEs and the NextGen Client (NGC) project team.
  • Provide support from designated locations (tech bar or assigned area) and respond to tickets requiring direct assistance at user workstations.
  • Maintain clear communication with local stakeholders and migration teams.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience with end-user IT support, ideally during OS migrations (Windows 10 to Windows 11 preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS environment and common migration issues.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work onsite full time throughout the project period.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Desirable :

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, device imaging, and configuration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments and hardware handling.
