Tasks
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in supports clients by training them on the SMART database, assisting with project searches, and ensuring a positive user experience at Hubexo.
This is what you’ll be doing :
- Training, educating users how to work with the SMART database (online)
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and online meetings
- Assisting customers in finding suitable projects within the system
- Monitoring user activity – logins and usage of SMART
- Cooperating with the sales team to ensure customer retention and renewal
- Performing basic administrative tasks related to training and customer support
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients
