Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Specialist

Your responsibilities at snuggs :

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Analyze financial results and key business drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Present actionable insights to leadership, supporting strategic initiatives.
• Act as a financial advisor to cross-functional teams, providing support on operational decisions and project evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and accuracy in data reporting.
• Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct deep-dives into specific business areas, providing recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A projects, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
