Our client is an award winning global Med Tech Specialist who is instantly recognisable as a market leader. They have 3 sites in France - Lyon, Grenoble & Brest.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the go-to liaison for all workplace relations matters in France
• Coordinating works council and union negotiations, including input into international projects
• Advising leaders and HR partners on complex workplace relations situations
• Designing and delivering training on co-determination rights and bargaining agreements
• Supporting large-scale change projects such as restructuring and reorganisations
• Ensuring compliance with French labour law and global HR standards
