For our site in Prague, we are looking for Sales Administrator.

In this role you will perform the following tasks :

  • Managing customer orders, from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms in cooperation with project managers.
  • Coordinating with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining customer records and providing consistent communication and updates on order status.
  • Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and supporting the project management team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school or university education with a technical / sales focus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Active knowledge of English (mandatory)
  • Experience in customer negotiations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage)
  • Reliability, precision, flexibility, independence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
