Join FE fundinfo as a Service Associate in our Global Funds Registration (GFR) team, where you’ll play a key role in helping fund managers expand their international reach. This is an exciting opportunity to become a specialist in regulatory and market requirements, supporting clients with the ongoing compliance and operational management of their fund registrations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service that enables efficient and compliant fund distribution across global markets.
Your key responsibilities as a Service Associate will include :
- Managing and delivering targets for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Supporting the maintenance and local filing of fund documentation, including legal offering documents and KIDs.
- Assisting with updates to Fund Prospectuses and handling client requests from proposal to delivery.
- Using internal systems and online platforms to file regulatory documents with relevant authorities.
- Maintaining internal databases and documentation, and supporting administrative duties across the team.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs and raise opportunities or issues with proposed solutions.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Service Associate :
