We’re seeking proactive, service-driven Air Travel Consultants to assist passengers with their travel needs. If you’re fluent in German and English, tech-savvy, and ready to deliver excellent service, this role lets you work remotely anywhere in Czech Republic after training.

Location : Remote anywhere in Czech Republic (on-site during training)

Employment Type : Full-time (option for part-time after 6 months)

Industry : Airlines / Travel / Customer Service

Languages : German (B2) + English (B2)

Compensation : Competitive salary + benefits

🛠 Responsibilities :

📞 Be the first point of contact for airline customers via inbound calls in German and English

💺 Assist with bookings, cancellations, online check-in, and travel policy guidance

🖥 Accurately log all interactions in the system

⚡ Deliver friendly, efficient resolutions while meeting performance KPIs

🎯 Requirements :

🇩🇪 Fluent German (B2) and English (B2), spoken and written

🏠 Living in Czech Republic or willing to relocate (on-site presence required for training)

💻 Good computer skills and ability to work with online tools

😊 Positive, friendly, and stress-resilient personality

🌙 Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights

🌐 Stable wired internet connection (minimum 16 / 10 Mbps)
