About the role

Senior Product Designer – GenNorton360 product. This role is based in Prague or Brno and is hybrid with office 3 days per week.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team. As an integral part of our compact design unit, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our flagship cybersecurity product, Norton 360. Your role involves leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills to craft intuitive and effective design solutions within the intricate realm of cybersecurity software. If you excel in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate outstanding communication and analytical abilities, and have a proven background in software product design, we encourage you to apply.

What you will do in the role :

• Conduct thorough research, by yourself or in collaboration with user researchers, to understand user needs, market trends, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders, to define problems and design solutions.
• Create, iterate, and refine product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Develop user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices in user experience.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
• Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Provide valuable input and contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
