Your next challenge
The Lead Service Owner will be responsible for overseeing a team of service owners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and leading the team towards a standardized way of working. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of service management principles.
The Service Owner will report to the Global Service Integration Senior Manager and is part of the Technology Operations & Platforms Competence Center.
What you'll be doing :
Support a team of service owners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices and way of working for service delivery.
Lead excellence in service management in Technology Operations and Platforms (Infrastructure, Network etc.).
Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all service areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service improvement opportunities.
Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage and resolve escalated service issues in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Management).
Proven experience in service management (10+ years).
Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certification in service management (e.g., Intermediate ITIL, ISO / IEC 20000) as benefit.
Experience in driving process standardization and improvement initiatives.
Technical background in cloud infrastructure.
