For our client we are looking for a Logistic Specilist / Administrator.

Job description :

Ensuring transportation of products by road / sea / railway (looking for forwarders, cooperation with warehouses, ordering transportation, communication in all steps of transportation of the goods etc.)
Planning the volumes, agrees conditions with forwarders / warehouses
Preparing all transportation documents
Organizing tenders between forwarders
Participating during inventory
Cooperates with customs brokers
Processing the claims regarding transportation
Control of the invoices and documentation from forwarders / warehouses / customs brokers
Preparing the statistics, analyzing the data

who we are looking for

Higher education (logistic, international trade or similar)

Languages : Ukrainian / Russian , Czech intermediary, English intermediary

Legal residence in the Czech Republic / Visa Dočasná ochrana acceptable

Experience in logistic (>

1 year preferably)

Experience with customs, import / export procedures

Experience with Excel

Communicative, stress resistance, responsibility, efficiency
