Popis poziceDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of professional experience in Golang development. Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem, including experience with writing Kubernetes operators. Strong understanding of OAuth2 authorization concepts. Hands-on experience with OIDC authentication implementation. Familiarity with crossplane on Kubernetes is a plus. In-depth knowledge of hyperscaler platforms, preferably Azure or AWS. Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A rewarding contribution towards E.ON’s digital transformation. Membership of a truly international team with an international strategy. We are looking for a new colleague to join the IT Group Services team, which is functionally driven and works for the infrastructure services of EDT GmbH.
In this role you will…
- Develop and maintain high-quality Golang code within a Kubernetes environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes custom resources
- Implement OAuth2 authorization concepts to secure APIs and services.
- Apply OIDC authentication principles to enhance application security.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, including crossplane on Kubernetes, to continuously improve our infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and hyperscaler platforms.
- Utilize Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure resources on various cloud platforms.
- Contribute to custom Terraform provider implementations
- Conduct isolated tests of Kubernetes resources to ensure reliability and scalability.
