Join our team based in wonderful office in Waltrovka, Prague and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to streamline the hiring process, ensuring we attract and select the best candidates for the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
Participate in strategy meetings with recruiter and hiring manager to ensure clear understanding of role and desired candidate profile
Provide input regarding talent in the industry as well as raise any potential risk with meeting timelines
Conduct CV screening of all applicants on sophisticated parameters according to specific position and location
Post and handle all open roles in Workday - the applicant tracking system and other identified attraction channels through all recruitment phases enabling accurate reporting and tracking
Be the first touch-point to all candidate electronic channels; invitation to interview, coordination and follow-up communications with candidates and hiring managers, and interview scheduling, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Provide proactive sparring with recruiters on leads and talent pipelines as well as inform recruiter of any internal applications
Build strong partnership with assigned recruiters and partners
Follow the standardized processes and operations procedures
Retain absolute HR confidentiality while working with sensitive and personal HR data
Proactively share new opportunities for process improvement and come up with good ideas based on new insights
Collaborate and support the team
Report open & closed positions and other defined global metrics for BSO Leadership Team

The Recruitment Support team is part of the LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO), which is a shared service center delivering HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many children over the next 5-7 years. As part of the organization, you will be working in a top professional environment where the focus is on quality, learning and teamwork.
Do you have what it takes?
Relevant professional experience from any administrative role with a strong track record of providing exceptional service, attention to detail and effective communication with diverse stakeholders across the leadership
Experience within the recruitment and executive recruitment is a plus
Business insights and ability to understand hiring requirements across diverse areas and position levels
Ability to work and collaborate in an international environment, with internal partners sitting in various locations
Proficiency in English
Strategic orientation towards processes and customer needs
Positive, service-minded, structured and accurate when working
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with SAP, Workday or other recruitment systems is an advantage
MS Office – especially strong competence in Outlook
