Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a large team. The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations. The Senior PM will be involved in larger-scale programs and is responsible for delivery across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies. This role may also involve managing projects and programs within more complex / partnership accounts and collaborating with senior members involved in program delivery at the client site.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership :  Oversee solution delivery and ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met. Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation
• Client Management :  Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and maintaining a strong relationship.
• Negotiation :  Improve negotiation capabilities to handle change requests, timeline adjustments, and other client demands effectively.
• Team Management :  Lead and motivate a project team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Risk Management :  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Reporting :  Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance :  Ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
