The Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and other group control functions to ensure adherence to national and international laws and regulations applicable to various components of the Deutsche Börse Group and all their areas of activity. AFC Monitoring unit in its role of first level screening for Deutsche Börse Group needs to ensure the fulfilment of its regulatory obligations to comply with anti-financial crime policies. Main tasks include usage of central screening tools of Deutsche Börse Group as well as further information sources / services in an accurate and timely manner with the aim to validate customers as well as further internal data detected by the central screening tools for manual review.

Your responsibilities

• Investigation of data flagged by the monitoring system – alerts
• Evaluation of several risks connected with system alerts
• Applying controls and procedures applicable to the unit's activities
• Documentation of actions taken
• Assistance with the continuous process improvements of reporting tools
• Close cooperation with team colleagues

Work Schedule : Part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
