Salsita.ai delivers cutting-edge 3D configurator technology that empowers companies to sell complex, customizable products with ease. Our AI-powered SaaS+ platform is used by B2B and B2C brands in industries such as industrial manufacturers, and indoor and outdoor furniture and living – helping our clients sell faster, sell more, allowing their customers to simplify their buying experience.
We are looking for a result-driven, independent Business Development Manager to take full ownership of inbound leads, guiding them from first conversation through to contract signature and then growing those accounts over time.
This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role that blends solution selling, CRM discipline, and close collaboration with our SMarketing and Product teams. You will be in a high-impact sales role where your results directly influence company growth and your earnings. You will impact how we go to market, engage clients, and create sales assets.

What You’ll Do
- Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads into long-term customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and tailored demo to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Engage in solution selling to align our SaaS+ platform with client business needs.
- Hit annual targets combining new customer acquisition and account expansion (upsells and MRR growth).
- Use Hubspot daily for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and reporting.
- Co-create sales assets, case studies, and presentations while aligning campaigns, messaging, and outreach in collaboration with the SMarketing team.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B SaaS, platform, or technology sales, with a solution-selling approach.Fluent English; additional European languages strongly preferred.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.Ability to independently manage the sales process from start to finish.Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Excellent data skills for analyzing opportunities, pipeline performance, and campaign results.Strong presentation skills – able to explain complex solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.Tech-savy background, familiarity with concepts like 3D modeling, UX design, system integrations, and manufacturing processes (we sell to manufacturers, not software companies).Experience collaborating closely with marketing to produce client-facing materials and campaigns.Onsite role in Prague with international client exposure (This position requires presence in the office. Candidates must already be located in Prague or be available in Prague for interviews!)Benefits
