Summary of Position
This role will provide financial administrative and procurement support to the Global IT team.
This role is a maternity cover.
Essential Functions
- PO (Purchase Order) management – initiate PO Requisition, tracking PO, PO receipt.
- Contract management – gather and maintain contracts for all IT suppliers, understand conditions and SLA (Service Level Agreements), track performance.
- Ensure transition of contracts from legacy legal entities.
- Financial reporting – financial dashboard, project spent control, etc.
- Procurement of hardware, software licenses and IT services.
- Managing global IT Asset inventory (HW and SW assets).
- HFM tracking – management of changes and correctness.
- Liaise with in country IT teams to monitor in country spend / activities.
- Provision of administrative support.
- Maintaining procurement process for the provision of IT goods and services.
- Supplier liaison for any supply constraints - delivery, invoicing, product defect, etc.
- Liaising with in country technical staff to support the provision of IT service requests.
- Administration of IT support and maintenance contracts.
- Support accurate cost recharging.
- Management of IT assets throughout its life-cycle.
- Management and cost centre coding of telephone conferencing & mobile telephony invoices.
- Management of the mobile telephony account.
- Matching PO with invoices.
- Administration of data in related systems (IT Asset Inventory, SRM, etc.).
